Blairs is without a doubt one of the finest restaurants in Aberdeen making Ardoe House not just a destination for hotel guests but locals alike, our ala carte menus explore the very best of Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire produce skilfully executed by our team of chefs to ensure that your meal becomes an experience whether for a special occasion, business dinner or simply a quiet night out for two you just need to find an excuse to reserve a table.
Dinner is served:
Sunday to Thursday: 6:00pm – 8:30pm
Friday & Saturday: 6:00pm – 9:00pm
High Tea served 4pm – 6pm (Sundays only)
The Drawing Room
Breakfast
After a wonderfully peaceful night sleep you wake up bright eyed and bushy tailed or if you are wanting a treat for light breakfast Blair’s Drawing Room is the perfect choice!

Light Bites
Enjoy a delightful light bite whether it be lunch or a mid morning or afternoon snack in the Drawing Room and take time to relax or catch up with family and friends and take in this beautiful room.

Come along to Ardoe and enjoy a wee fly cup & the tranquillity of our 19th century baronial mansion.

Be prepared to be given the 4* service you deserve so sit back, relax and enjoy our delightful Afternoon Tea Menu, each decadent item is handmade under the supervision of our Head Pastry Chef, we also pride ourselves on using the highest quality local Aberdeen ingredients.

Relaxed Dining
Soapies Brasserie
A long-held secret haunt of culinary-minded locals, the team at Soapies offer a welcome as warm as the crackling fire. It’s a relaxed retreat, offering stunning brasserie-style food. They pride themselves on giving cocktail classics an Ardoe twist with concoctions involving such aromatic delights as mandarin marmalade, earl grey tea and lemongrass.
Food is served: 12noon-9pm
Whisky Bar
Over 80 exquisite varieties of the quintessential Scottish drop. Take a taste tour of artisan techniques and regional distinctions. A heads up before you start: flying decanters and that lampshade made of a tray and whisky glasses?
